1. Scope and agreement
These Terms apply to nodelume.ai and the NodeLume products described here. The game-specific sections currently cover Sudoku Toodle and Flavor Trek. A development preview or catalog listing does not promise a release date or the availability of a product.
By using the website or a covered product, you agree to the applicable Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using it. Read the Privacy Policy to understand data practices; accepting these Terms is not consent to optional data processing.
You must have the legal capacity or parent or guardian authorization required in your location. Purchases must be made by someone authorized to enter the transaction. Store terms, age ratings, and product-specific terms also apply where relevant.
2. License and ownership
NodeLume grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products you lawfully obtain, subject to these Terms and any applicable store license. This is a right to use the software, not a transfer of ownership of NodeLume’s code, artwork, music, branding, or other protected content.
You retain your rights in photos and other material you provide. Choosing photos for a local theme does not grant NodeLume ownership of those photos or permission to publish them.
3. Responsible use
Use our website and products lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not disrupt the services, distribute malicious code, bypass access or payment controls, impersonate others, or redistribute protected product assets without permission. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by law.
You are responsible for securing your device, keeping a suitable backup where available, and selecting photos or other material you have the right to use. Do not send confidential or unnecessary sensitive material to support.
4. Sudoku Toodle
Sudoku Toodle provides offline Sudoku puzzles, visual themes, hints, and local saved games. It does not require a player account and contains no advertisements or in-game subscription service. Optional custom photos and camera access are used for local themes as explained in the Sudoku Toodle privacy section.
Hints and game content are for entertainment. Progress, best times, preferences, and custom photos are stored on your device. Deleting application data or losing access to the device may remove them; NodeLume cannot restore a save it never received. System backups may preserve copies under your device settings.
Any charge for obtaining the app is shown by the distributing store before purchase and follows that store’s payment and refund process, together with your applicable legal rights.
5. Flavor Trek
Flavor Trek is a game with levels, scores, lives, in-game coins, upgrades, characters, and reward mechanics. Progress and preferences are stored locally. The current in-game store uses earned game currency and character fragments; it does not process real-money in-app purchases.
Coins, fragments, lives, and rewards are gameplay features. They have no cash redemption value and cannot be sold or transferred for money through the game. Random rewards are virtual game rewards, not cash prizes.
The game includes interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos through Google AdMob. Reward delivery depends on the applicable game conditions and a confirmed video-completion event. Ad availability can vary with connectivity and provider availability. Opening an ad may lead to a separate service whose terms apply.
Resetting progress clears game progression and rewards. Removing application data or losing your device may also remove local saves; NodeLume cannot restore a save it does not receive. See the Flavor Trek privacy section for local storage, advertising, and Firebase Analytics.
6. NodeLume for Chrome
NodeLume for Chrome is a browser tool for inspecting and recording application behavior. Use it only with systems and information you are authorized to inspect, review captures before sharing, and verify findings before relying on them.
Its free usage, account features, paid Core plans, automatic renewals, cancellation, and Paddle checkout are described in the detailed Chrome Terms. Purchases through Paddle also follow its buyer terms. Refund requests follow the Chrome Refund Policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. These subscription rules do not apply to the two games described above.
7. Purchases and consumer rights
Where a product is sold, review the price, currency, taxes, contents, and any recurring billing terms before confirming. The store or payment provider shown at checkout handles the transaction under its own terms. Contact that provider through its purchase or refund process, or contact help@nodelume.ai for help identifying the appropriate channel.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights concerning defective products, refunds, withdrawal, or cancellation. Applicable Brazilian consumer protections are set out in the Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Store or provider rules do not override rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Availability and changes
Features depend on the version, platform, permissions, and supported device. We may update products to improve them, fix issues, or meet legal requirements. Online features and advertising may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, or provider outages. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.
If a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will respect applicable notice, remedy, and consumer obligations. Development announcements and previews describe work in progress.
9. Warranties and responsibility
We aim to provide functioning products and correct problems, but cannot guarantee that every product will be free of errors or satisfy every personal preference. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided in their available condition. This does not exclude legal warranties or responsibility that applicable law requires.
You remain responsible for your own unlawful use and unauthorized disclosures. NodeLume remains responsible where the law requires it; these Terms do not waive liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Ending use
You may stop using the website or uninstall a game at any time. Local data deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling a product does not by itself cancel a separate subscription; use the cancellation process described for that subscription.
Where we operate online access, we may restrict it when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats, or a material violation of applicable terms, subject to required notice and consumer protections. Ownership provisions and lawful recordkeeping obligations may continue after use ends.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Nothing here requires you to give up access to a competent court or regulator. Contact us first if you want help resolving an issue.
12. Updates and contact
Changes will be published here with an updated date. We will provide additional notice where required. A change does not retroactively remove mandatory rights associated with a previous purchase.
